Signing of a Charter on the conduct of european social dialogue in the context of the development of artificial intelligence within the AXA group

On 27 November 2025, Thomas Buberl, Chief Executive Officer of AXA and Chairman of the AXA Group European Works Council, and Pascale Rauline, Secretary of the EWC, jointly signed a charter covering all entities on the conduct of European social dialogue in the context of the development of artificial intelligence within the AXA Group. 

This charter formalises the commitments made by the Group with its European Works Council on iterative social dialogue and employee training in the safe, ethical and sustainable use of AI.
 

Once again, the AXA Group's European Works Council has asserted itself as a partner in the implementation of AXA's major projects and demonstrated the quality of social dialogue within one of the world's largest insurance groups.
