AXA Climate

Antoine Denoix presents AXA Climate, which specialises in protecting against climate-related risks by offering insurance, training, consulting and a SaaS platform. The company's goal is to integrate scientific knowledge into decision-making to better manage the physical and financial risks of climate change.

AXA Climate has a global impact, with the support of 750 companies in 40 countries, more than 6 million employees trained, and a turnover of €40 million in 2019. The team has more than 250 people, including 15 scientists.

Among its key projects for 2024-2025:

  • An insurance programme for the Mesoamerican coral reef, using parametric insurance to finance the rapid restoration of these 1,000 km.
  • Public-private partnerships that strengthen its investment capabilities in regenerative agriculture, including through training, ESG analysis and an impact strategy.

On the innovation front, Antoine Denoix presents the Altitude platform, which can identify climate and nature-related risks for any asset in five minutes, with an accuracy of 250 metres. This tool facilitates rapid and accurate risk management.

AXA Climate has integrated its Climate School into training programmes for several companies, offering scientific content and real-life case studies, and encouraging commitment to sustainable transition.

Finally, AXA Climate is heavily involved in research, through scientific articles and its active presence on social media, where it shares its values and corporate culture while constantly seeking out new talent.

Présentation de Safe Spaces

Kisty Leivers presents AXA Safe Spaces, a training programme designed to help employers and employees create safe and supportive work environments for victims of domestic and sexual violence.

Officially launched at the Women's Forum Global Meeting 2025, the programme draws on authentic testimonials and expertise to raise awareness of the different experiences related to this violence.
AXA Safe Spaces is accessible free of charge online, available in several languages, and provides access to local resources in more than 200 countries. AXA has adopted a global policy against domestic and sexual violence, in partnership with the NO MORE Foundation, among others. The company has also trained specialised contacts to support and guide colleagues who are victims. Several companies have joined the Safe Spaces initiative to strengthen their commitment to a safer working environment.

By 2026, AXA aims to make Safe Spaces an essential part of its corporate culture. Priorities include deepening engagement, innovating content, collaborating with partners, and increasing the programme's visibility through media campaigns and industry events.
