Joint meeting to Luxembourg on March 13

The Secretary of the EWC, Hedi BEN SEDRINE, accompanied by Patricia NUNEZ, went to Luxembourg to meet the Luxembourg delegation as part of the articulation meetings.

Christian GILLET and Stefano MATTIOLI warmly welcomed them. This was an opportunity for them to discuss local issues and particularly the recent professional elections on AXA entities in Luxembourg, where Christian became permanent delegate and Chairman of the Works Council. The designations for delegation to the EWC will soon follow.

The hourly credits of employees that are hard to manage by HR department, the issue about residents and borders on teleworking and a turnover of 15% which ask question.

In a 2nd  time, Hedi detailed the news and works of the EWC and answered questions from the Luxembourg delegates.
